Alpha is supposed to assist users in managing to speak the language at a level that allows them to continue with level A1 of the national curriculum.

The program is very flexible in terms of completion time and educational progression. 

Migranorsk Alpha is a unique program both in Norway and internationally. In February 2002 the language system was awarded the prize "European Label 2001".
